Do you offer refunds?
As it is a digital product, we cannot offer refunds unless the product itself is faulty. If you have any problems with our products, just pop us an email.
Do you offer a student discount?
We offer student prices but require a valid student ID. Just email us a photo of your valid ID and we can send you a code for a 30% discount.
What is the licensing agreement for these mockups?
Please refer to our licensing agreement to get a better understanding of what you can and can’t do with our products.
I am a photographer. Can I work with you on future mockups?
We would love to chat with any photographers who are in non-UK based countries. If you are interested, just pop us an email.
Can I use the mockups for print?
Yes. All our static mockups are 300dpi.
Do I have to credit Liquid Mockups when posting online?
No, you don’t. However, we do appreciate it when you tag us when using our mockups. Our Instagram can be found here.
What software do I need to work with these mockups?
Adobe Photoshop for static mockups and Adobe After Effects for moving mockups.
How do I use these mockups?
1 – Download the PSD file
2 – Open it in Adobe Photoshop
3 – Double-click the Smart Layer. Some files have multiple smart layers.
4 – Paste in your design, and Save
5 – Your design will then appear within the mockup.
